‘I found Helen at a time when I was trying to make some career decisions in life and struggling to gain clarity about what my goals were. Helen was so warm and easy to relax with whilst being completely professional. I found it easy to share my thoughts, frustrations and worries with her. The whole coaching experience was extremely rewarding, I had some challenges I had to work through in terms of mental blocks I had, and overcoming these has made a huge difference in terms of my confidence and outlook. Looking back now I can see how the dots have all joined up, the goals I set were realised and I now have much more positive attitude as a result. I would wholeheartedly recommend coaching with Helen for anyone who is struggling with career decisions or in fact just needs some help with their life goals. In my opinion giving yourself the space and time for some coaching is one of the best things you can do for yourself!’

Before I met Helen I was in a bit of a rut and had no real structure or balance in my life, work and family. From day 1 I could see really positive changes in all aspects of my life. I have been given the knowledge and tools to take control of my life and use them every day to guide me to a happier, more productive person. Helen is a wonderful coach, I left every session feeling invigorated and enlightened. I can’t thank Helen enough. Thank you, Thank you.

I really struggled following the death of my younger brother. It reached a point where I thought I need to speak to someone about this. I remembered 6 months earlier reading an article in The Sunday Times magazine about life coaches and wondered if there were any in Derry. I goggled life coaches in Derry and found 3. I took a look at their pages and was drawn to Helen’s and more especially when I spoke with her. She took me through what she offered, coaching not counselling and give me time to consider if I felt this would help me.
My time spent with Helen was all about the positives, good times and memories with Ryan. She taught me to “tap” which is a really calming and reassuring technique. I was a 45 year old woman with a family and from the outside everything looked good. Helen was non judgemental and put a positive spin on things during our meetings and these included tears but also laughter. The benefit to me was positive thinking and this allowed me to deal with the loss rather than bottling things up.
On a personal level Helen is a lady and I am truly grateful that I choose her.

Helen’s relaxed approach made me feel comfortable discussing personal issues and helped me to think more positively when defining my future goals.

Our staff members work very hard in a challenging environment; we engaged Indigo over a number of months to work with the team as a group and on an 1 to 1 basis to develop techniques to cope with challenging customers and difficult situations. Helen’s individual coaching is always relaxed and engaging, however what was best about these sessions was that they were both entertaining and team-building. A year forward, we are expanding as a team, winning more accounts and still employing those fundamentals we learned. It’s always difficult to take time out to evaluate where you’re going as a group of people and as a company – however, Helen’s techniques allows a busy business the headspace to ‘be mindful’.
